Looking back at May

Changes you may have noticed

We had a lot going on in May this year. We had a significant increase in orders for some products and changed our usual production schedule to meet these orders. Unfortunately, that meant that we were low on other sizes and flavors. We have reviewed how that could happen and have devised an improved production schedule which means this should not happen again. Apologies to anyone who had to wait for a 780g size can of kitten food, everything is back in stock! Watch out for Multipacks. We are starting to stock them again and will be introducing new options shortly.

The EU veterinary inspection team also came to visit. We work closely with the local veterinary supervision team on meat sourcing, production and packaging process, labels, and best-before dates. Her most recent analysis of tins she keeps and analyses at intervals shows that our food remains good to eat for 27 months after packaging. We have not changed anything. Our 100% natural wet cat food is still preservative free, and we will be updating the labels now that she has confirmed this. We were also visited by an independent veterinary team. They carry out surprise visits to check we comply with all the regulations. It was no surprise to us that this inspection ran smoothly.

Less visible changes have also progressed, our product R&D lead by Marcin is working on new flavors and our Marketing lead, Aggie is working on an upgrade to the website. The upgrade will involve further language versions and expand the locations you can use Klarna to pay for purchases at 3coty.com

Does your 3coty® cat food stay in the cupboard for as long as 27 months?
