The origins of 3coty® natural wet cat food lie in the development of a diet suitable for a particular cat suffering from food allergies. Committed to the well-being of cats, his owners researched the dietary needs of cats, starting from the biochemical basics of food consumption, digestion, immune system impact and wider health implications of the make-up of cat food. The resulting cat food is based on this dietary and veterinary research rather than market research.

The fresh meat does not need artificial flavour enhancers, the gentle preserving process does not need artificial preservatives. Cats do not eat rice, soya or wheat in the wild, so they are not in 3coty® cat food.
Closing the circle to the original research which underpins their cat food, 3coty® wants to share this knowledge with cat owners and breeders. Ongoing research findings are published on their website and in the subscriber newsletters, often driven by cooperation with breeders, owners or veterinarians to find a nutrition-based solution to a feline health issue. One such cooperation has resulted in a cat’s blood sugar management being purely nutrition based and removing the need for what could have been life-long insulin medication.
