New features, new programmes and even more to come
Over the past months we have been quietly rebuilding and improving many parts of our website and store. What began as a technical rebuild has grown into something much bigger. New features, clearer information and more helpful ways to navigate are now becoming part of your everyday experience with 3coty®. We want our store to feel simple, intuitive and welcoming, and we are getting closer to that goal with every update.
Your profile and login
We have been working on the profile and login functionality. It is now much clearer when you are logged in, which has been a question for some users in the past. Security has also been strengthened to help protect your account.
If your username has always been your email, you can now update it to a username of your choice. Once you make this change it will stay fixed and cannot be updated again for a long time. It is best to choose the name you would like to keep.
Browsing made easier
Browsing our products has also become easier. You can now switch between different sizes of the same flavour directly on the product page, allowing you to compare options and make your choice without moving from page to page.
Re-order made simple
You can now re-order any previous order with one click. This includes orders where payment was interrupted, whether you cancelled halfway through, logged out of BLIK or PayPal, or simply did not complete the checkout. Your order is still there, ready to be placed again whenever you are.
Introducing 3cotyLifeClub
Among all these improvements there is one development we are especially excited to share. For many years 3cotyClub has been dedicated only to breeders. Now we are introducing something completely separate for the owners who buy for their own cats at home.
This new programme is called 3cotyLifeClub and it is created specifically for cat owners rather than breeders. You will find the first details under the Programmes tab and more information will be added soon as the programme grows.
Payments
Klarna payments are now available in most countries. For our Polish customers we will soon be introducing a new payment gateway called iMoje which will make the checkout experience even more convenient with direct bank transfer.
Stock update
Our production line has recently been undergoing scheduled equipment service which required a short pause. This may have resulted in temporary shortages, such as the 780g tins. Production is restarting now and everything will return to normal in days.
Multipacks coming soon
Multipacks are also on their way into our store. They have been requested often and we are very close to making them available. It is worth keeping an eye on this space.
