Customers who bought 3coty® natural wet cat food from our online store will have seen the Klarna logo in our online store. For some people, the logo is very familiar, others may be confused by what Klarna has to do with cat food!
It so happens, Klarna itself has little to do with the goodness in our range of 100% meat flavours. It does have a lot to do with how you as customers can flexibly pay for the orders you place with us online from wherever you are. Klarna operates in 29 countries worldwide and has tailored its payment process to local regulations and customs. That means you can choose Klarna as a payment option knowing it works with your bank account, in your currency and has the Klarna pay-later option. We are currently working on expanding the countries in which you can use Klarna. If you have not seen it as a check-out option yet, it may arrive soon.
In most countries, Klarna offers customers three payment options – pay-now, pay in 3 instalments or pay in 30 days. If you decide to use the instalment or pay later options, Klarna may ask you for personal information. This is not shared with us, it is for their purposes only. If you don’t want to share this information, just select the pay-now option. However, you do have the option to order your cat food and only pay for it after the parcel has safely arrived with you.
