Complementary powders to be sprinkled onto cat food to provide targeted support
3coty® has started a new line of complementary cat feeds to provide nutritional support. The powders are to be sprinkled onto the cat’s usual food and provide nutrients targeted at supporting specific health situations.
The first three products in the 3coty® Support line provide additional nutrients to support the immune system, teeth and gums and the digestive system:
95. Immune Support
This powder contains Spirulina, Antarctic krill and taurine and supports a healthy immune system. Spirulina contains proteins which are easily absorbed and antioxidants. Coupled with the marine Omega Fatty Acids, the powerful antioxidant Astaxanthin and natural Choline from Antarctic krill as well as the amino acid taurine, it enables the immune system to respond quickly. This can both support a cat recovering from illness and help a healthy cat fend off diseases.
96. Dental & Gum Support
The principal ingredient in this complementary cat food is dried brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum). It is enriched with nutritional yeast and biotin. Bioactive compounds found in brown algae have been clinically proven to reduce oral plaque, a frequent cause of gum disease. The algae also contains minerals to strengthen teeth, further enhanced by the effects of biotin, a water-soluble B vitamin. The free amino acids and peptides in nutritional yeast provide the concluding nutritional boost to feline dental and gum health.
97. Digestive Support
The digestive system is the engine room of the take-up of nutrients. Keeping it functioning well is important to the overall health of any cat. This complementary feed in powder form contains wild flax (camelina sativa), brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum) and nutritional yeast. The wild flax is high in fiber and can provide relief to constipation as well as aid in diarrhea situations. The anti-inflammatory properties of brown algae calm the irritated bowel and the peptide and free amino acids in the nutritional yeast reduce the risk of food allergies.
The support line has been developed in line with 3coty®’s environmental philosophy and values. Packaging has been minimized and cat owners are encouraged to reuse or recycle the plastic bottles (with their plastic labels). Unnecessary paper boxes that cause additional waste have been discarded and are not part of the packaging. This was a conscious decision to reduce waste by not producing something in the first place. Customers will be given a measuring spoon with each first order and can request an additional spoon at any time.
The launch of this product line shows the holistic approach 3coty® takes to its products. Everything, from the quality ingredients, to the solar-powered production facility, to the packaging is designed from the outset to help cats live longer lives on a planet which can sustain their lives.

It does not require the slow introduction of a new food and can be used as a temporary support until the cat recovers.
